CUSAT Vs IIEST : the argument continues !
"IIESTification" process is in its final stage and the proceedings are currently stalled because of the opposition from one section of the academicians.There are different opinions among People about this. The CUSAT community is also divided on the issue. While some argue that this is a welcome move, others strongly oppose it saying that this is a demotion from the status of the university and will in effect destroy the university.Read more about this here.

i think IIEST affect bad way for PG students and it will reduce the general seat of keralites...........it is more difficult got admission
cusat becoming IIEST is a the only way this college can immediately opt for good faculty and infrastructure i dont find any reason in opposing this oppurtunity ...... keralites are even getting reservation
